The patented system permits any individual, or any portable product, at any point upon the globe of the planet, to transmit an electronic image, (including full motion video), which includes navigational information plus sound to a remote base station. The base station receiver in turn converts that transmission into a video image, a printed image and an accurate location projected onto a map. The system will use established protocols for transmission over existing carriers without the need for additional investment by the carrier. The defined marketplace is any personal corporate or military use that can be made from the system. We control the portable device, the operating system for the device, the software in the device, the right to transmit between the device and a base station, the base station itself, the base station operating system and all other related software.
