These proposals stem from a very simple idea that was filed as a Patent on January 16th 1989. I had set out to describe what would be needed if you wanted to have absolute personal security, wherever you were, at the time you needed it. The question was; what was needed and how could it be delivered? After all, there are many alarm systems.
