CHRIS COLES
President
Chief Executive Officer
Chris is internationally recognised in a number of fields and has, in the past, been widely interviewed on television, radio and in numerous newspapers and periodicals in both the UK and abroad. He is highly accomplished, having considerable design and management experience in a number of disciplines. He now holds several International patents in wireless telecommunications that make him the originating inventor of any portable transmitter combining a video camera and navigation; In particular, where all the functions are under the command and control of software. It is thus also believed that he will be seen as the originating inventor of The Software Defined Radio and the voice activated handset.
His new Corporation is on the verge of making a big splash through the commercial rollout of the GPNS system. Patented in January 1989, the GPNS system is set to spark a complete revolution in handset design. The GPNS system addresses the design of functionality of the mobile device by focusing on personal security with many consumer, industrial, and military applications.
According to Chris, "the primary reason for purchase of the mobile device is for personal security. When you add video and navigation to a wireless device, the design must change to suit the primary market. That of course means that there will be wide opportunities for new designs that bridge that gap."
